Local Delivery / Collect in Store Only
Some items, typically plants and compost, are only available for collect in store or delivery to addresses close to the garden centre on our own transport. This will normally be indicated on the product details page.
The local delivery area for online orders currently covers the following post code areas: LE7 9, LE13, LE14 2, LE14 4, LE15
If you are unable to complete checkout and are shown a message advising that no delivery options are available, it is likely that you have added some of these products to your basket and are outside of our local delivery area.
We try to be accurate with the expected delivery times that are shown on our product pages, however, these are estimated and products may arrive sooner or occasionally later than expected. In stock items that are delivered from our own warehouse, will generally be sent overnight. Please let us know if delivery time is of the essence when ordering, so that we can make suitable arrangements. At peak times, such as May / June, delivery times may be longer than that shown on the product information page.
In the two weeks before Christmas, Delivery Times are likely to be extended (particularly for items that are shown as ‘Available to Order’) due to the volume of orders being placed and manufacturers / suppliers closing for the Christmas / New Year Break. We are generally unable to guarantee pre-Christmas delivery for ‘Available to Order’ Items where the indicated delivery time falls within the two weeks immediately before Christmas.

If you wish to confirm a delivery time prior to ordering, please do not hesitate to email us email@example.com. We can offer expedited or timed deliveries at extra cost on most items.
If at any time, we find that your order will be delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, we will of course let you know and give you the chance to cancel your order, receiving a full refund of any funds paid to us. We cannot accept liability for any loss resulting from late delivery or non-delivery of goods, however, we obtain tracking details and full insurance for all items in transit.
